Core contract for using Ideja, including account, purchase, and platform rules.

Acceptance and Eligibility
By accessing or using Ideja, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here.
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use paid marketplace features.
What Ideja Provides
Ideja is a marketplace where creators publish business and marketing idea content and users can access free and paid material.
Ideja provides platform infrastructure, account tools, and payments handling support, but is not the author of all marketplace content.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for accurate registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must promptly notify Ideja if you suspect unauthorized access or security incidents related to your account.
Marketplace Transactions
Some idea content is free and some is paid. Paid access is a digital content purchase and may be subject to additional creator terms.
Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Stripe. Ideja does not store full payment card details.

- Taxes may apply based on your location.
- You receive a limited personal license to purchased content unless a separate license explicitly states otherwise.
Content Ownership and License
Creators retain ownership of their content. By publishing on Ideja, creators grant Ideja a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, index, and distribute their content through the platform.
Users may not re-sell, republish, scrape, mass-download, or create derivative commercial products from marketplace content without explicit rights from the owner.
Prohibited Conduct
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.
The following is prohibited:
- Fraud, impersonation, spam, and deceptive behavior.
- Uploading infringing, unlawful, or malicious content.
- Attempting to bypass payment or access controls.
- Automated scraping that harms service performance or violates rights.
Disclaimers
Marketplace content is provided for informational and educational purposes. Ideja does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
Ideja does not guarantee business outcomes, revenue, market traction, or fitness for a specific purpose.
Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideja is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Ideja total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Ideja in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and Termination
Ideja may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable policies, including for fraud, abuse, or legal compliance requirements.
You may stop using the service at any time. Certain obligations that naturally survive termination will continue, including payment obligations and IP restrictions.
Changes and Contact
Ideja may update these terms as the product evolves or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.
