Paid ideas on Ideja are digital products delivered immediately after purchase.
Because access is granted instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
Eligible Refund Cases
Ideja may issue refunds in limited cases where fairness and platform integrity require it.
- Duplicate charges for the same content.
- Technical failure preventing access after reasonable troubleshooting.
- Unauthorized payment use confirmed by review.
- Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
Ineligible Cases
Refund requests are usually denied when content has been accessed and the issue is preference-based rather than technical or legal.
- Changed mind after purchase.
- Business outcomes not matching expectations.
- Failure to review available previews before purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Submit refund requests within 14 days of purchase unless local law requires a longer period.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and timing depends on your payment provider.
