Because access is granted instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Ideja may issue refunds in limited cases where fairness and platform integrity require it.

  • Duplicate charges for the same content.
  • Technical failure preventing access after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • Unauthorized payment use confirmed by review.
  • Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

Ineligible Cases

Refund requests are usually denied when content has been accessed and the issue is preference-based rather than technical or legal.

  • Changed mind after purchase.

How to Request a Refund
