How Ideja handles copyright, trademark, and related infringement reports.

Overview

Ideja respects intellectual property rights and expects all users and creators to do the same.

This policy describes notice and takedown workflows for alleged rights violations.

Notices must include enough detail for Ideja to identify and review the allegedly infringing content.

Your full legal name and contact information.
Description of the protected work or right.
Exact URL or listing reference of the allegedly infringing content.
A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized.
A statement that your notice is accurate, made under penalty of perjury where applicable.

Ideja reviews notices and may remove or restrict access to reported content while evaluating claims.

Ideja may notify the affected account holder and provide an opportunity to submit a counter-notice where legally permitted.

Accounts with repeated valid infringement findings may be suspended or terminated.

Ideja may also disable payouts, remove listings, and preserve records for legal compliance.
